I am a 2003 graduate of Youngstown State University with an AAS in Dental Hygiene. Currently, I am in the process of getting my certification in Local Anesthesia. For most of my years, I have been in the health care industry, from nurse’s aide (I loved playing cards with the elderly), to P.C. technician (I loved phlebotomy). However, one day I thought, “more people need to smile,” which lead me into my love of dental hygiene. I love educating and bringing awareness to patients’ dental health needs and the correlation between systemic health. My goal is to make patients smile and become healthy.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and walking our lovely Maggie! Also, you’ll catch me at the gym, reading, watching movies, and now practicing yoga. I love learning so any interesting “tidbits,” feel free to share with me!
Hello! I enjoy outdoor activities on a sunny day, and I am outside if at all possible. I am married, have three daughters, and love spending time with my family.
I’ve been in the dental field for 28 years and have been with Dr. Moore for 12 years. Dentistry is a great opportunity for serving others and doing so brings me great joy! Also, the dental industry is moving forward with new technology and I am very excited to be part of this cutting edge endeavor with this office!
I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2001 with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. I began working with Dr. Moore in 2002. I enjoy working with my patients and help them to maintain their oral health, which leads to improved overall health. Also, working with kids to make their visit more comfortable and enjoyable is something I love.
I have been happily married for 12 years and have a wonderful son, Niramay. I love cooking, spiritual reading and volunteering at my temple.
I attended dental assisting school in Florida in 1989. After relocating to Columbus, Ohio in 2003, I have enjoyed assisting Dr. Moore serving patients’ needs.
I enjoy continuing education, keeping up with the latest dental technology, and working in a dental practice that allows me to exercise my skills, knowledge, and experience.
When I’m not working my favorite things to do are quality family time, hiking and playing board games. I’m also an avid reader with a special interest in Historical Fiction and Non-fiction.
I work in the business aspect handling advertising and accounting. In my earlier years before marriage, I received a degree in retailing and was a buyer for a department store and then a discount store. The doctor and I have been happily married for 30 years and have two grown wonderful sons. I love reading, gardening, cooking, bicycling, knitting, practicing yoga and lifelong learning about new things. At our dental office, we work in a friendly, caring environment and it feels like an extension of home.
I joined Dr. Moore’s team in 2009 and bring over 20 years experience as a dental assistant.
I keep up on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education courses. My personal emphasis is on patient comfort and providing the best quality of care.
I am married with two teenage children. I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family.
After almost 20 years in the computer industry as a field service engineer and computer environment consultant, I reinvented myself as a dental hygienist. I have been working off and on for Dr. Moore since 1998. In 2010, I also began working part-time in the business office, processing insurance payments and working collections. Every chance I have, I still return to the operatory where I enjoy helping our patients with their oral hygiene needs.
If I’m not at the office, you will surely find me working on a project I’m rather passionate about – the restoration of the historical Green Lawn Abbey. The Abbey is a beautiful two-story neo-classical mausoleum with 60 stained glass windows. Co-incidentally, it is also the final burial place of one of the famous magicians who adorn the artwork in Dr. Moore’s office – Howard Thurston.
My husband Mark and I have a houseful of cats and recently became grandparents for the first time.
Hello there! Just to let you know, I’ll most likely be the first person you see after you enter our practice. I’ll do my very best to help you with your insurance eligibility, scheduling your appointment, and answering any of your questions. I have an extensive background in customer service, insurance, and billing. I take great pride in helping our patients! Being Dr. Moore’s Recare Coordinator, it is my first priority to help you stay on track with your dental needs.
Personally, I enjoy gardening for a form of relaxation. My husband and I are very much into fishing and camping. Our family loves to sit around a camp fire and talk. The great outdoors is a big part of my life, as I try to incorporate it in my everyday living! I am also a veteran of the United States Military. It was an honor serving this great country and quite an experience.
I have worked for Dr. Moore since 2000. I received a Bachelor’s of Music from Heidelberg College located in Tiffin, OH. I enjoy spending time golfing, singing and playing piano for friends. I enjoy helping others and making people laugh. I met my better half, George, in this office twelve years ago. We like to fish in the Gulf of Mexico and spend quiet times at the beach. I like working with numbers and also like to multi-task daily!
